Caileigh Grigoriadis, the team leader for #TEAMCG. Caileigh operates in sales and rentals for Sea Point within the Tyson Properties Atlantic Seaboard branch. Caileigh formed the team shortly after re-joining Tyson Properties in August of 2021.

“Returning to Tyson was an easy decision for me, the company has always treated me well and supported my career while making me feel like a part of the family,” says Caileigh.

With over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry, Caileigh has been involved in numerous sales as well as rentals along the Atlantic Seaboard and in the City Bowl, forming several long-lasting client relationships in the process.

Recently joining the team Dean Schoeman paired up with Caileigh as his mentor, the combination instantly clicked! Dean’s willingness to learn and his natural ability to work with people has proven highly beneficial in kicking off his real estate career. Dean has concluded multiple sales since joining the team in August of 2021, most notably thus far a deal to the value of R12.7M.

Completing the team as a rental specialist is Jennifer Nel, she is passionate about helping people and her sincerity combined with her work ethic has helped her build up an excellent reputation in the industry. Jennifer was recently awarded several accolades at The Tyson Properties Awards 2022, including Rental Rookie of the Year Nationally.   

Starting with a bang

This year started off with a bang for the team, being a part of just under R50 million in sales in the first quarter. Encouragingly most of the sales concluded have been with purchasers from out of town, these include buyers from around South Africa as well as international clients.   

This is no surprise as Sea Point offers its residents a wide variety of property options, with a consistent demand for beachfront property and strong interest in the luxury apartments closer to the quiet slopes of Signal Hill.   

There has never been a better time to buy or rent in Sea point, pricing in the area continues to stabilise with increasingly realistic prices being fetched for buyers as well as renters.   

A rise in demand

Demand for property (in both sales and rentals) in Cape Town is steadily on the rise. This is bolstered by a multitude of factors such as international purchasers returning their interest to South Africa, as well as an increase in semi-gration that is driving the markets. 

“Our plan is to increase market share exponentially over the next few months and to keep up the momentum we are currently enjoying,” says Caileigh.
