My name is Michael Liebenberg and I am a Property Practitioner at Tyson Properties Northern Suburbs.

The areas that I am focusing on are mainly Brackenfell in the Northern Suburbs, including Morgenster, Morgenster Heights, Ferndale, Eden Park, Springbokpark, St. Michaels, Arauna, and Bracken Heights.  Everyone in this area that I have been in contact with, is welcoming and caring people.  From young people to the elderly, everyone has a love for their community.

The Recent sales that I have concluded inside Brackenvilla have been nothing short of phenomenal, with various homes being sold from R50 000 to R200 000 over the normal selling price.

Tips for buyers and sellers in the area would be:

Buyers:

• Save for a deposit if possible.
• Avoid making any other big purchases before you have purchased your home.
• Remember transfer and bond costs.
• Determine what you can afford per month on a bond repayment.
• Do research about a neighbourhood you would like to buy in. 

Sellers:

• Use a reputable real estate agency and agent.
• Get a professional market-related valuation done on your property.
• List your property with the agency that would get the most exposure for your property.
• Use a professional photographer for listing photos
• Declutter your home as much as possible before putting it on the market.
