The nickname “The Cowboys” started early in our careers, when we were young and dealing with the highest income earners in terms of property. I think many did not expect us to do as well as we did, we were not interested in doing smaller deals, we just aimed for the most expensive homes and when we started breaking company records, people started calling us “The Cowboys”. Today, the six highest rentals concluded nationally for our company has been concluded by “The Cowboys” and the nickname looks like it is here to stay.
